Murrell Morley is a Principal Business Systems Analyst for the Bureau of Emergency Communications (BOEC). He has been with BOEC since 2000 and has worked as a police, fire and EMS call-taker/dispatcher, coach, and as a supervisor. During his tenure as a supervisor he was a member of various committees including being the chair of the Fire Dispatch Committee, Cultural Diversity Committee, and new CAD Implementation Team. He is currently involved in the internal CAD committee and the co-chair of the partner agency CAD Committee.
Currently, as the Principal Business Systems Analyst, Murrell is responsible for managing the Versadex CAD system used by the BOEC call-taker and dispatcher staff, as well as the mobile data terminals (MDT) used by our partner agencies in the field. He is also responsible for maintaining the interface connections to the CAD system which include paging (PageMaster), fire station alerting (Zetron), Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS), audio recording (PYXIS), GPS/AVL, and the AMR CAD.
