Description
The Portland Brownfield Program was contacted about this site by a consultant under contract with the Council on Aging. The Council on Aging required assessments on the property prior to developing a 31 unit senior housing facility for very low-income individuals. Council on Aging was seeking a HUD section 202 grant to fund redevelopment. Based on the Phase I ESA, no further investigations were warranted.
