The Community Gardens program has provided gardening opportunities for the physical and social benefit of the people and neighborhoods of Portland since 1975. There are 47 community gardens located throughout the city, developed and operated by volunteers and PP&R staff, offering a variety of activities.

Garden Plots Available
Sign up for a garden plot by submitting a Garden Plot Request Form. We will begin assigning plots to new gardeners in March and April  2013. Garden plots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. If no plots are available in the garden(s) you select, you will be put on a waitlist and notified when one becomes available.
