Montavilla Community Center offers a range of rental opportunities for meetings, reunions, parties or social gatherings. Facility use can be arranged as either a Facility Rental or as a Party Package. Located in the Montavilla neighborhood of northeast Portland, the facility is readily accessible and conveniently located just off I-205, on the corner of NE 82nd Ave & Glisan Street.

Rentable spaces include:

• Gymnasium: Food & beverages not allowed in this room. 96 ft. x 60 ft., sport surface flooring, single court, basketball or volleyball court, trampoline available with staff supervision only.
• Multipurpose Room: 34 ft. x 21 ft., piano, sink, counter space. Tables & chairs, TV/DVD player available.
• Lunch Room: 16 ft. x 24 ft., sink, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Refridgerator. Tables & Chairs available.
• Outdoor Pool: Available mid-June through August only. Deep water drop slide, shallow water kiddie slide, basketball hoop, capacity 308.
