Community Energy Project (CEP)
CEP offers installation of energy-saving weatherization materials and small in-home safety repairs in the homes of low-income senior citizens and people with disabilities.
Fair Housing Council of Oregon
The Fair Housing Council of Oregon promotes equal access to housing by providing education, outreach, technical assistance and enforcement opportunities specifically related to federal, state and local fair housing laws.
Housing Connections
Housing Connections is a web-based housing locator that helps people find information about affordable, accessible and special needs housing.
Housing Development Center
The Housing Development Center helps mission-driven property developers create and preserve housing and community facilities that thrive and endure. Their mission is to build and sustain housing opportunities for low-income families and individuals through partnerships with nonprofits, housing authorities, and governmental entities.
Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO)
LASO provides legal representation on civil cases (including housing discrimination) to clients throughout Oregon.
REACH CDC
REACH’s Community Builders Program provides free home repairs for low-income seniors and homeowners with disabilities.
Rebuilding Together
Rebuilding Together provides free home repair services to low-income elderly and disabled households.
Rent Well
The Rent Well tenant education program includes information about reasonable accommodation and modification requests and fair housing protections for people with disabilities. Administered by Home Forward.
Shared Housing
Shared Housing is a matching and referral service bringing together those who need affordable housing with people who have homes and want help with rent, household chores or personal care. Rent and/or services provided through homesharing is an important factor in enabling people to remain in their homes. Administered by Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon.
Unlimited Choices, Inc.
The "Adapt-a-Home" program is designed to provide people with physical disabilities the opportunity to retain their independence by making their residence accessible with modifications such wheelchair ramps, handrails, roll-in showers and raised toilets, and widened doorways.
