Portland Housing Bureau Director Traci Manning submitted testimony yesterday for a hearing on House Bill 2417, which would assist homeless veterans or veterans at risk of homelessness.

Veterans and other supporters went before the House Veterans' Services and Emergency Preparedness Committee with impassioned testimony about their experiences finding resources for the men and women who have bravely served our country.
