New Neighborhood, New Options

Welcome SmartTrips is in its second year in Portland, targeting new movers in the Southwest, St. Johns and outer East neighborhoods.

Welcome SmartTrips aims to encourage diverse communities, new to the Portland area, to explore Transportation Options.  Examples include University SmartTrips on the University of Portland campus and collaborations with IRCO (Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization).
