Streets include:

• NE 112th Avenue from NE Marx Street to the north property line of 5415 NE 112th Avenue
• NE Marx Street from NE 109th Avenue to NE 112th Avenue (north side of street only)

Property owners are funding most costs of the project with a fixed contribution of $100,000 from the Bureau of Environmental Services.
