Permits are issued for a fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). Fees are prorated quarterly, based on purchase dates. Permits are valid until June 30, regardless of purchase date.

Before signing the application, please read the conditions regarding permit use. Violation of the conditions of the permit will be penalized as noted on the application. When suspension of the permit occurs, failure to surrender the permit within 10 days of the date of our notification to you will result in the cancellation of the permit for the remainder of the year. Continued noncompliance may result in an examination of whether permits will be issued to you in the future. The Bureau may deny requests for permits or impose such limitation as it deems necessary.
Mail your completed application and a check for the appropriate amount make payable to the City of Portland to: Bureau of Transportation System Management, Parking Control, 1120 SW Fifth Avenue, Room 1302, Portland, OR 97204-1969. Permits will be issued by mail ONLY.
