Provides information and issues permits for: banners, bike racks, transit shelters, house moves, miscellaneous permits, i.e., minor encroachments, sidewalk cafes, sidewalk/driveways, and vending carts. Permits are also granted for use of the streets in both parking metered and non-parking metered areas in accordance with City Code. Under certain circumstances permits may be granted to temporarily close parking spaces, sidewalks, lanes and streets.
