Portland's original Bicycle Master Plan was created by Portland residents and City of Portland Bicycle Program staff to keep Portland a bicycle-friendly city. It was adopted by Portland City Council in 1996.
On February 11, 2010, the Portland Bicycle Plan for 2030 was adopted.
The new plan, which sets the stage for vastly expanded bicycle transportation in Portland, supersedes the the 1996 plan. Click HERE
