You can take your bike on buses for all the transit agencies shown on the map above without needing a permit.  Extra fees may apply in some cases.  See the transit agency website for details.

Bicycle lockers (secure, dry enclosures for bicycles) are also available in downtown Portland & near transit lines throughout the Metro area; also, some TriMet transit centers now have Bike & Ride stations.
