2203-05 Geo-Technical Reports/ Soil Reports

Series is created to provide an easily accessible history relating to soil findings.  Reports are submitted, when necessary, as part of the permit application.  Series is used to document the soil findings, decisions and other background information relating land use.  Records may include soil reports, geo-technical reports and findings, maps, inspections, photographs, plans, technical reports, notes, memos, correspondence, opinions, assessments, surveys, foundation investigations, hearings and appeal information and other similar records.

2203-10 Phased Improvement Records/Long Term Agreements 

Series is created to document agreements with property owners regarding development review requirements.  Records are used as a reference of agreements between BDS and the property owner to establish a plan to install or correct improvement per city Code.  Records may include agreements, correspondence, plans, photos and other similar records.  Examples of records include FM 41, seismic improvements, ADA , FEMA 178 studies, life safety issues/ deficiencies and other similar agreements.
