5013-01   Incident Database

Series is created to gather information about specific incidents to which the Fire Bureau has responded. Series is used to build relational data and to support follow-up and investigation of the incident. Record is a database that contains information about the incident, copy of the fire report filed with the state, investigation information, responder information, causality information, and pre-hospital care information.

Note: Some records contained in these files may be exempt from disclosure under ORS 192.501 through 192.502. Consult your agency's legal counsel for assistance before releasing information.

5013-02   Buildings Database

Series is created to gather information about buildings and structures within the city. Series is used to build relational data and to support functions of the MDTs (Mobile Data Terminals). Record is a database that contains information about the address of the structure, specific information about the building, occupant information, permit information, inspection histories, hydrant information, pre-fire survey information, hazmat information, etc.

Series is created to gather information about the Fire Bureau employees. Series is used to build relational data and to support functions of personnel management. Records is a database that contains information about the employee, training, clothing issued, call shifts worked, daily work schedules, vacation, immunization, certifications, transfers, injuries, etc.
