7204-01   Pittock Mansion Photographs

Series is used to maintain the photographic collection held at the Pittock Mansion. Records consist of the photo collection of the mansion and the Pittock family. Series may also consist of indexes used to catalog the photo collection and video tape.

Series is used to register all objects donated to the mansion and provides a record of donations. Record includes type of object, date acquired, name of donor, catalog number assigned, location of donation item, value, description of item and other similar information. Series includes Master Catalog Sheets, donor records, object classification records, etc.

Series is used for maintenance and restoration of the mansion and grounds. Records include maps, drawings, and blueprints of the mansion, grounds and gardens.
