6205 STREET CLEANING

 

6205-01   District Sweeping Records

Series documents sweeping activities done in the city districts. Record documents date a specific street was swept and name of operator doing sweeping activity.

Retention: 2 years

6205-02   Street Cleaning Maps

Records are used by Bureau of Maintenance personnel to document street cleaning operation routes. Records are the maps which mark routes for street cleaning operators. Map indicates date and time that normal operations are to be done.

Retention: Until superseded

6205-03   Sweeper Dump Records

Records are created to document material gathered off city streets. Records document what has happened to material and whether it was taken to the clean or sanitary dump. Record includes a general description of material collected, disposition of material, date gathered, where gathered, and how dumped.

6205-04   TAC Cards

Series is used to document sweeper activities on individual sweepers. Record is the tac-o-graph (TAC) card that shows the operator, speed equipment traveling, when operator is moving, and when the brooms are down.

Retention: 90 days

6205-05   Surveys and Public Notification Cards

Record is used to notify customers of maintenance activities to be performed and restrictions involved, if any. Record is the door hanger left by BOM personnel on customers’ door. The door hanger also contains a customer satisfaction survey card that can be filled out and returned to the bureau. The city only maintains copies of the customer satisfaction card and comments.
