Series is used to track and document maintenance materials, tools, and stores used to complete daily tasks. Record is the inventory lists and programs that track stores, maintenance materials and tools.

Series is used to track and document hazardous substances used in and by the bureau. Records consist of material safety data sheets (MSDS) containing general and specific information on substance, storage information, health effects and safety information.

Series is used to document collection and disposal of hazardous substances. Records consist of information regarding hazardous material collection and how, where and when it was disposed.

6210-04   State Fire Marshal Chemical Reports

Series is used to document chemicals stored and used on Bureau of Maintenance sites. Series is the state mandated inventory of chemicals and hazardous substances. Series consists of name of chemical, where stored and when reported to the State Fire Marshall.

Series is used by Bureau of Maintenance to document Portland Police Bureau requests to board up structures. Records include location to be boarded, information on type and amount of material used, equipment used, amount of time, copy of police incident report and billing information.
