9610-01   Customer Complaint Records

Series is used to track customer complaints and concerns about water quality. Records include sample information, test results, correspondence, telephone records, action taken, findings, etc.

9610-02   Water Quality Summary Records

Series is used to summarize data from bench sheets and computer database. Records generally include date, sample information, location, findings, etc. Records prior to 1990 were generally created to summarize data and were used as data entry sheet. Records after 1990 are generally one time created computer reports.

Series is used to document complaints and investigations about water pressure. Record includes address, type of problem, findings and other comments.
