Biography:
Dora was born in Nigeria and moved to the United States over 30 years ago.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a MA in the same field from the PSU.  Dora's career spans both the private and public sectors -  Banking industry as the Lending Center Manager, Housing & Community development as the Public Engagement & Community Liaison,  Public Health as the Program & Operations Director and a couple of positions with the City government.  Her work as a Senior Policy Analyst with Commissioner Amanda Fritz expanded her role to include work on all social justice issues facing the city - homelessness, diversity, equity and inclusion, community engagement, group facilitation, to name a few.  Dora is now the Equity & Policy Manager for the Bureau of Development Services where she is focused on working with the amazing staff and stakeholders to ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion is baked into the culture of the bureau.
