  • Development Service Center Appointments

    Effective January 3, 2012, BDS unveiled a new program in response to customer requests that will allow them to secure a time certain appointment in the Development Services Center (DSC) to obtain information about the development process, zoning questions, discussions with a plans examiner or other BDS staff.

  • BDS Budget Preparation Continues

    BDS is continuing to work on its budget request for Fiscal Year 2012-13 (July 2012 – June 2013). All City bureaus are required to submit their budget requests to the City Budget Office by January 30, 2012.

A serious security vulnerability known as "Heartbleed" was recently discovered in OpenSSL, a popular software library commonly used by many websites on the internet to encrypt communication between a user's computer and a web server.

PortlandOregon.gov is NOT affected by this vulnerability as it does not use the OpenSSL software library. Please rest assured we are dedicated to protecting your security on this website.
