City Team

The City ITAP project team is composed of staff from two primary workgroups, the ITAP Core Subject Matter Experts (CSME’s) Team and the BDS Technology Team. These two groups plus the Project Manager, Rebecca Sponsel, make up the core City ITAP team. In addition to this core group, there is a larger group of "Global" Subject Matter Experts (GSME’s) from throughout BDS, PBOT, BES, Water, Fire, Parks and BPS that work closely with the core ITAP team to ensure that the project strives to meet business needs from all user groups. The Project Sponsor is BDS Director Paul Scarlett.

Governance and Oversight

ITAP includes a high level of work flow complexity and diverse stakeholders crossing bureaus and jurisdictions. The project governance is based on the best practices outlined in the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge.

ITAP Customer Advisory Committee (CAC)

The ITAP Customer Advisory Committee is a citizen advisory committee, comprised of approximately 12 members who represent a variety of interests.
