When an applicant concurrently applies for ONE and only one replacement detached single family residence on the same tax lot where the residential unit/structure will be demolished, the demolition delay provisions of Chapter 24.55 do not apply. However, the applicant will be given a courtesy notice in the form of door hangers and recommended steps for posting. The applicant is not required to distribute the door hangers, but is strongly encouraged to do so.
