Buyer Education Committee wants your ideas

Buyer Education Committee wants your ideas! The newly-formed Buyer Education Committee is assigned to the task of collecting ideas of how to communicate more effectively with buyers, realtors, title companies, and others about zoning and land use history on a property.  The goal is to more effectively communicate current zoning and land use history before the sale of a property so that regulations and conditions of approval are not unknowingly violated.  Suggestions, comments, and ideas may be directed to Ronda Fast at (503) 823-7839.

Ronda,

Great idea! Please let me know if you need assistance in putting this presentation together. The Custmer Service team would like to help you market this class through the Speakers Bureau Program. We have a venue that would really appreciate a class like this.

Thank you,
