The newly-formed Buyer Education Committee is assigned to the task of collecting ideas of how to communicate more effectively with buyers, realtors, title companies, and others about zoning and land use history on a property. The goal is to more effectively communicate current zoning and land use history before the sale of a property so that regulations and conditions of approval are not unknowingly violated.
