The Bureau of Development Services has posted a new website for the Development Review Advisory Committee (DRAC). The DRAC is a citizen advisory body, representing those with interests in the outcome of policies, budgets, regulations, and procedures that affect development review processes, neighborhood livability and the environment. The Committee advocates for and supports consistent and fair application and implementation of regulations.
The DRAC web site was created to provide easy access to documents and programs under review by DRAC membership as part of a transparent public process.
The website has comprehensive links to the guidance documents and City programs DRAC reviews. You will find all of the following links on the DRAC web site: General information about DRAC, DRAC Agendas and Minutes, Impact Assessment Game and Report, DRAC Green Building Report and Recommendations, OSD High Performance Green Building Policy Process, 2008 Local Building Code Amendment Process, Title 17 Code Change Process Document, Planning Commission Minutes.
