Planning and Zoning staff reviews all Mural Permit applications. In limited cases, structural review may be required.
Upon submittal of the mural permit application, a Planning and Zoning staff planner will complete an initial review of your application. The planner will contact you within five working days of the date the application was submitted to let you know if your application is complete, or if additional information is needed.
Before a mural permit can be issued, the applicant must hold a neighborhood meeting on the proposed mural. Notice of the neighborhood meeting must be posted on the site at least 21 days prior to the date of the meeting. Information on how and when to provide notice for the meeting will be provided when the mural permit application is submitted.
