BDS is currently preparing its budget request for Fiscal Year 2011-12 (July 2011 – June 2012). All City bureaus are required to submit their budget requests by Monday, January 31, 2011.
As in years past, we have convened a Budget Advisory Committee (BAC) composed of stakeholders, community members, and BDS staff. We are also involving our Labor Management Committee (LMC), the Development Review Advisory Committee (DRAC), and employees in our budget development process. These groups are reviewing our fi nancial information and giving us recommendations on budget decisions.
