What We Do
The Bureau of Environmental Services provides Portland residents with Clean River programs including water quality protection, watershed planning, wastewater collection and treatment, sewer installation and stormwater management. Environmental Services is organized into six work groups; Office of the Director, Watershed Services, Pollution Prevention Services, Engineering Services, Wastewater, and Business Services.
