Portland Basement Moisture Survey

Do you have basement seepage problems? We'd like to hear about it.

Environmental Services gathers information from property owners who have had problems with sewer back-ups or seepage in their basements. Many things can cause moisture problems in basements. Your responses to this survey will help us identify areas where sewers have backed up into basements and areas where groundwater has leaked into basements.
