The City of Portland is engaged in a program to inspect stormwater management facilities that were installed on private property as a requirement of new development.  The purpose of conducting these inspections is to ensure that the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Plan submitted at the time of development is being followed on-site by the current property owner or designee. Another program objective is to provide technical assistance to facility operators on routine maintenance and overall care of their stormwater system.
