O&M Plans - by Facility Type

It is essential to maintain your stormwater facility in accordance with your approved Operation & Maintenance, or O&M Plan.  Your O&M Plan was likely required to be submitted at the time of project development and permitting.  Copies of standard O&M Plans are provided here, depending on the type of facility you have.

Proper maintenance will help the stormwater facility function as intended and limit offsite environmental impacts. Check your facilities regularly to determine maintenance needs. Routine inspection and maintenance can help keep overall maintenance costs at a minimum by detecting problems early and avoiding large repair or replacement costs.
