Introducing the Portland Ecoroof Guide

The Ecoroof Guide is a new tool we've created to help project managers and do-it-yourselfers (DIY) navigate the process to design, build, and maintain an ecoroof.

An ecoroof is a technical project and often requires the expertise of a multiple trained professionals - thus, the Ecoroof Guide is not a how-to manual. The Ecoroof Guide helps the reader work through the process by clarifying the vision for the project, defining the reader's role, finding trained professionals, selecting materials, and preparing for the construction process. While applicable for many types of projects, it's ideal for the small residential or commercial project and the enthusiastic, hands-on property owner.
