Community Watershed Stewardship Program mini-grants provide gift certificates for native plants to community groups or individuals that need seed money to help start or maintain projects beneficial to the local watershed.

We accept and review applications for mini-grants at any time. The limit is one Mini-Grant per group per calendar year.

These stewardship projects must bring together volunteers for an overall goal of enhancing water quality in Portland’s watersheds.

Review the Mini-Grant application to verify that your project meets the necessary criteria.
