The Investigations and Monitoring Section (IMS) develops and manages environmental monitoring projects for the bureau and other outside agencies.  Services include: 

• Project oversight and coordination

• Liaison between customer and field and laboratory staff

• Water quality and flow monitoring data management

• Detailed reporting of monitoring results

• Statistical consulting services

• Project budgeting assistance and monthly billing
