The Environmental Services Industrial Pretreatment section issues permits to Portland industries for wastewater discharges, inspects industries regularly, and works to comply with federal, state and local discharge regulations. Each year, Environmental Services awards industrial customers that work to protect the environment and keep our rivers, streams and watersheds healthy.
