Environmental Services is the winner of the West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District 2009 Outstanding Government Partner of the Year award. The district cited its many partnerships with Environmental Services in recognizing the bureau. Partnerships include Coordinated Invasive Weed Programs, Multnomah Weed Watchers, West Willamette Restoration, Subwatershed Improvement Strategies, and restoration projects on Balch, Fanno and Tryon creeks.
