Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) and Facilities Plan team

A 10-member Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) advises the Oversight Committee and the Facilities Plan update project team. The CAC:

  • Supports Environmental Services and the City of Lake Oswego in developing a Vision and Guiding Principles document for the plant to guide the Facilities Plan update and future changes or improvements to the plant
  • Provides ongoing citizen input on the Facilities Plan Update project at regularly scheduled CAC Meetings
  • Reviews technical memorandums produced by the Facilities Plan consultant team and advises the project team on plant alternatives

Heartbleed Security Notice
