Work began this morning on a repair project that is closing one lane ofSW Jefferson Street at SW 1st Avenue during daytime construction hours. Construction hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m.

Workers are repairing a sinkhole at a storm inlet in the intersection of SW 1st and Jefferson. Repairs will take three or four days to complete.
