Sellwood-Moreland Sewer Repair Project

Environmental Services continues to repair or replace about 25,000 feet of public sewer pipes in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood that are between 80 and 100 years old and deteriorating due to age. This project will help protect the public and the environment by reducing the possibility of costly breaks, leaks, blockages and sewage releases to homes, businesses and streets.

Developments of Note

Over the past few weeks, crews have been working to complete sewer repairs on five blocks around Llewellyn Elementary School.  All the work on the blocks closest to the school was completed before school started.  We appreciate your cooperation and patience with any school-commute inconvenience our work on SE Martins may have caused.  After several more days of surface restoration, the work around Llewellyn should be complete. .
