Outreach, Employment and Diversity Resources administers programs and provides services to support Equal Employment Opportunity and the development of a diverse workforce.

Outreach, Employment and Diversity Resources:

• manages the City’s Employment Center

• administers NEOGOV, the City’s job posting and application system

• manages the recruitment process

• administers testing and other employment prerequisites

• conducts job fairs

• manages diversity outreach initiatives and partners with community organizations and professional affiliation groups

• supports BHR’s investigative protocol for HR 2.02

• maintains the City’s Affirmative Action Plan and provides reports to bureaus and City leadership
