CAROLYN BOCH is an experienced certified Hatha Yoga teacher, E-RYT500, Yoga Alliance. She has taken an interest in yoga since the age of 17, and first became a Hatha Yoga teacher in 1973 while studying with Swami Satchidananda at the Integral Yoga Institute in New York City.
Yoga is a way of life for Carolyn, and she continues to teach, practice, and learn. Her training has included Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Astanga Yoga and Tibetan Yoga as well as Mahayanoa and Vipassana Meditation, body movement, dance and theater. Carolyn is an experienced certified Callanetics teacher.
Hatha Yoga: Use bodily postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. $2.00 drop in, cash only, payable to instructor.

JENNIFER DARLING, originally from Michigan, has lived in Southeast Portland for 15 years. Her passion for running and fitness was elevated to the next level when she became an AFFA-certified Group Fitness Instructor and Baby Boot Camp Certified Instructor.
Jennifer believes that you can find ways to incorporate activity and exercise in your everyday life -- walking an extra block, taking the stairs, or making the most out of your lunch hour. By doing this, Jennifer believes you will have energy throughout your day, find that activities are easier because you are stronger, and you will bring a more positive attitude into your own work environment.
