Our Mission Statement

The Bureau of Internal Business Services supports the City and other local government programs by providing professional, cost effective fleet, facilities, reproduction and mailing, procurement and risk management services. Each of the BIBS Divisions provides a variety of services designed for the City to operate efficiently and economically, meeting or exceeding standards, and providing superior customer satisfaction.
