You can register your business on our Online Procurement Center website. By registering your business, you will be able to receive notices about projects that match your business. Project managers throughout the City will have access to your firm’s contact information and the types of business it performs. In addition, other businesses will have your contact information for opportunities to create partnerships or joint ventures.
- First create a PortlandOregon.gov account. Instructions on how to create a PortlandOregon.gov account are available online.
- Next, register your business at our Online Procurement Center. Detailed vendor registration instructions are available online, or you can call our office at 503-823-5047.
- When registering your business, take time to complete your Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) registration. The City requires EEO registration for any vendor receiving more than $2,500 in payments from the City annually.
- During the vendor registration process you will also have the option of registering your Equal Benefits status. The City's Equal Benefits Ordinance requirements apply to all contracts that meet or exceed the “formal” dollar threshold.
