City Risk Loss Prevention (LP)

  • City Risk  LP provides the leadership and overall framework for the program
  • Consultation services include:  
    • Technical advice, consultation website, tools, and resources related to worksite modifications  
    • Assistance with identification and coordination of technical expertise or contracted services  
    • Ongoing Loss Prevention consultation to ensure ongoing maintenance, updates, changes, and issues are addressed

Provide Worksite and Work Procedure Modification Best Practices/ Recommendations

City Risk LP

  • The LP Senior Risk Specialist conducts research based on reported hazards, Bureau request, and/or the JA assessment to provide best practices and recommendations for worksite and/or work practice modifications

  • Bureau Safety Representatives and Supervisor should coordinate with City Risk LP to implement recommendations and best practices to reduce future loss
