The Workers’ compensation team manages the Job Analysis (JA) program in order to comply with Oregon Administrative Rule 436-030-0020. This rule, in part, states that an accurate description of the physical requirements of the workers’ job held at the time of injury, be provided to the worker at or before claim closure. The JA is also utilized by the workers’ attending physician when evaluating a release to work.
