After adjusting your chair according to instructions in Step #1, adjust your desk height as follows:
Relax your shoulders and place your arms in your lap. Bring your forearms up so that your elbow angle is at 90 degrees or greater.
Measure the distance between the ground and your elbow. Adjust the keyboard tray to the elbow-to-ground measurement. Alternatively, match the height of your keyboard tray to the height of your elbow.
The upper arm and elbow should be close to the body and relaxed while typing and using the mouse.
If you use the keyboard and mouse on your desk surface, adjust your desk height equal to or within one inch of your measured elbow-to-ground height.
