The City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) is gearing up for the West Quadrant Plan process, which will provide detailed planning for Central City areas on the west side of the Willamette River. This effort is part of the broader Central City 2035 project to update the 1988 Central City Plan.

As part of the West Quadrant Plan, BPS is doing early planning work in a few areas, including Goose Hollow. Please join us for a workshop to hear about the Central City planning process and provide input on:

• Issues that should be addressed
• Opportunities to enhance the character and vitality of Goose Hollow
