The City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability (BPS) is gearing up for the West Quadrant Plan process, which will provide detailed planning for Central City areas on the west side of the Willamette River. This effort is part of the broader Central City 2035 project to update the 1988 Central City Plan.

As part of the West Quadrant Plan, BPS is doing early planning work in a few areas, including Goose Hollow. There will be a concept development charrette from 1 - 6 p.m. Please join us for the public open housing which will recap the charrette work.
