Graham Richard, CEO, Advanced Energy Economy, a national association of businesses and business leaders striving to transform public policy to enable rapid growth of advanced energy businesses. Graham Richard served as mayor ofFort Wayne,Indiana, from 2000 to 2008, following a 20-year career in business, as principle of Graham Richard & Associates and partner in Ruffolo Richard LLC.

Bill Ritter Jr., Director, Center for the New Energy Economy, a privately funded initiative at Colorado State University providing policy makers, governors, planners, and other decision makers with a roadmap to accelerate the nationwide development of the new energy economy. Ritter was elected asColorado's 41st governor in 2006, and built consensus to tackle some of our state's biggest challenges. During his four-year term, Ritter establishedColorado as a national and international leader in clean energy, by building a new energy economy.
