Central City 2035 (CC2035) will update the plan and policies for downtown and central areas of Portland, Oregon. CC2035 will address challenges and opportunities in the Central City to ensure this unique economic, transportation, cultural and educational hub will be a vibrant resource for all Portlanders over the next 20 years.

CC2035 will also include an update to the Willamette Greenway Plan for the Central Reach, integrating the vibrant, multi-purpose Willamette riverfront into the Central City's future.

Timeline

Testimony to the Planning and Sustainability Commission (PSC) on the Central City 2035 Plan Proposed Draft is accepted through August 9, 2016.
