Concept Plan Alternatives
The concept plan development was the centerpiece of the second phase of the West Hayden Island planning project. It was conducted with active participation of the Project Advisory Committee and the public through open houses, office hours, presentations and a variety of other outreach efforts, resulting in a final base concept used to inform the legislative process.
